Dude I will go to the kenshukan Tomorrow after the welcome party for the new fall students. I will talk to those with the power to see about staying in the winter. That is the ultimate test! They don't let just anybody stay there without a reason. I did in 1999 but that was because I knew the previous woman that had Nogami san's job. I remember that the fact that I stayed there for a month (1000 yen a night) was kept on the DL from the International Affairs office. I don't know what their policy is- - but it would be the optimal place for you to stay. Heheh and no one is in the intern apartments now- but who knows how that would fly..

Hey, I tried to call you a few times this afternoon. Didn't see you at the rec... maybe another day. If nothing else I'd like to write down what we did on Monday to give me an idea of what and how much to start with.
