Today I found some disposable camera shots I had taken during my last few days in Japan. So I scanned them, and put them online. In today's other news, the high score on last week's meteorology test was a 90, and guess who among the 150 students in the class got it? That's right. Me! Take that other students! number 11, with mr gomi jumping in the back, is awesome. I will print out those pics with the kids and give them to those kids next week in class. They will be happy I am sure of it. Also, Damn I like the quality and look of those disposable camera pictures. They have a good feel to them. Posted by john on September 28, 2005 01:09 PM Tokyo timealso, the girl in number 3 and 4 is in wisconsin for a year and she likes it there she said. yeah, that pic of gomi is unbelievable. and i agree, the gritty-ness and shitty-ness of disposable camera pics are one of a kind. especially after scanned in a hurry Posted by brett on September 29, 2005 01:46 AM Tokyo timeYou are a good photographer. Maybe that can get you to Japan.. You already have the journalism background- maybe there is some sort of internship with a magazine or newspaper in Tokyo you can apply for- OR-- there is the monbukagakusho scholarship... that would be the best- the Japanese education ministry pays you to get your masters degree in Japan. ganbare-- Posted by john on September 29, 2005 12:43 PM Tokyo time |
