Looks like you are in a position to build some character.

I have been there too- trying to re-adjust to life in nebraska after a sweet year in Japan, finding my self single all of the sudden- it sucks but if you have a goal and resolve, things will get better. Look at me now- I "own" Senmatsu, as I hear it has been said.

Which is not true though-- I don't for a second think that this is my school or anything. Just to clear that up.
